Q: Are orders refundable?
A: All sales are final and non-refundable

Q: Will I be able to pick up my order before 10:30am or after 4:30pm?
A: The pick-up window for your order is the same for everyone. If you need to pick up your order earlier or later than the time established, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee you that you can pick up your order outside of the pickup window, we will attempt to make reasonable accommodations if possible.

Q: Can I pay for my order when I pick it up?
A: Because this is a fundraiser, we are asking for all orders to be placed and paid for by May 18th.

Q: Will there be extra food I can purchase when I pick up my order?
A: There is no guarantee that extra food will be available; however, if we are able to accommodate an on-demand order we will do so.
